What to Expect in an RTT Session
How Do RTT Sessions work?
After pinpointing exactly the issue you want to address, and the outcome you want to acheive, I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Once you are in this state, we will uncover the root cause of the issue, and then we will re-wire your neural pathways to acheive your goals.
How many sessions will I need?
This will depend on the issue being addressed, but most people see significant improvements after just 1-3 sessions.
How Long Is a session?
Typically a session will last about 1.5 – 2 hours.
Where do the sessions take place?
I offer both in person sessions in Irvine, California, or online sessions. Both options are equally effective at acheiving the client’s desired outcome, and some people find they are more relaxed in the comfort of their own home.
Can everyone go into a state of hypnosis?
Yes. Hypnosis is a brain-wave state that we all experience, usually multiple times each day. When you are about to drop off to sleep, or when you first wake up in the morning, those moments where you drive somewhere and can’t remember driving because your conscious mind was pre-occupied? Those are all states of hypnosis, where your subconscious is at the fore front and your conscious mind has taken a backseat, so to speak.
What will it feel like?
During the session you will feel deeply relaxed, but you will still be awake and in control. Since you already experience this state regularly, it will feel very natural. Most people feel a sense of lightness and relief after a session.
When will I see results?
Transformation happens differently for each person, and will depend on your personality and commitment to resolve the issue.
For some, the results are instantaneous – you feel an immediate change / resolution to your issue.
For others, the results are more gradual – you may notice a gradual shift over the 21 days following your session as you listen to your recording each day.
And for others, the results may be retrospective – you may not notice a big shift initially, but after 21 days you look back and realize things have shifted and other people may point out the shifts.
What happens after the session?
After the session, you will receive a personalized recording, which will continue the neural pathway re-wiring, and solidify the new beliefs / behaviors in your subconscious mind.
Listening to the recording daily for a minimum of 21 days after your session is a key requirement for you to see lasting effects.
